Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions we get asked

Where is the stand?

On the ground floor of Manor Geneva, rue de Cornavin, in the entrance area, visible from the tills. There is no address separate from the store's.

What are your opening hours?

Monday to Wednesday 9am to 7pm, Thursday until 9pm, Friday until 7.30pm and Saturday 8.30am to 6pm. Closed on Sunday.

Can I pay by card or TWINT?

Yes, at the store tills, like any other purchase on site. There is no payment to make on the website.

How much notice do you need?

Two days for an item from the range, a week for event decoration, three to four weeks for a wedding in high season.

Do you deliver?

Collection at the stand is the rule. For an event or a large order, delivery within Geneva is possible and is quoted separately.

Can an order be cancelled?

Yes, as long as we have not started preparing it. Write to us as soon as you can. Once the flowers are cut and arranged, they cannot be taken back.

What if a flower is unavailable?

We offer an equivalent of the same value before preparing anything. Nothing is replaced without telling you.

Do you take back vases and containers?

For an event, yes, if it is agreed in the quote: we come back to collect them. Containers sold at the stand belong to you.

Do you make funeral flowers?

Yes, cushions, sheaves and arrangements, prepared the same day when needed. Come to the stand rather than writing, it will be quicker.

Are your flowers local?

Partly, and it depends on the season. In high season we favour what grows nearby; in winter local production is not enough and we supplement it. The seasonal calendar on this site says exactly how it stands month by month.

Do you offer subscriptions?

A bouquet every week or every fortnight, to collect at the stand. Write to us and we will set the size and the budget together.
